Custom PC Building

At Carysian, we specialise in building custom PCs tailored to our customers' specific requirements. Whether you need a high-performance gaming rig or a PC for home/office use, we will work closely with you to design and assemble a PC that meets your needs. We'll provide you with a number of solutions to choose from within your budget.

PC/Laptop Troubleshooting, Repairs, and upgrades

If you're experiencing issues with your PC or Laptop, we are here to help. We provide troubleshooting and repair services to diagnose and fix hardware or software problems. Whether your device is running slow, crashing frequently, or displaying error messages, we have the expertise to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions. You can rely on us to get your PC or Laptop back up and running smoothly.

We are also able to upgrade your PC or Laptop. For example, adding / replacing memory, storage, CPU (processor), GPU (graphics), power supply, cooling. Upgrading software.

data security

Losing data can be distressing. It's important that data is backed up regularly, and can be restored easily. We can provide support in helping you backup and restore your precious data / information.  Where data cannot be restored, we offer data recovery services to help you retrieve your valuable files. Whether you accidentally deleted files, experienced a hard drive failure, or encountered data corruption, we have the expertise to recover your data safely and effectively. Trust us to recover your data and minimise the impact of data loss on your personal or business operations.

hardware / network setup

Setting up your home network has never been more troublesome with the introduction of more and more new technologies. A network can comprise a mesh Wi-Fi solution (using multiple access point devices), routers, switches, powerline adaptors, and network cabling. Connected devices may or may not be compatible with different Wi-Fi standards (e.g. Wi-Fi 6). We're happy to help set up and configure your network to your specification. We can look into optimising your network in terms of overall speed and ensuring that specified devices get higher priority (e.g. the family TV over the kids' tablets). We can also set up other network devices such as printers and scanners.

software installation

Having trouble installing or upgrading software. We can support you installing or upgrading operating systems, office software, and other apps. For example, installing Windows 11 Home, upgrading to Windows 11 Pro; installing office applications such as MS Office; installing security apps such as antivirus.

network attached storage (NAS) installation / configuration

We have experience in setting up and configuring, Synology Network Attached Storage (NAS) Systems. Your NAS can be set up to be accessed from your own network or when you are away from home, remotely. We can also install and configure many NAS apps such as Adguard (keep your family safe, and block ads), Jellyfin (media centre software allowing you to access / view your photos, music, and videos), and Surveillance Station (CCTV).
